EADS North America Chairman Ralph Crosby visits Aeroframe Services
- Discusses Evolution of EADS aircraft maintenance services in Lake Charles, LA

EADS Aeroframe Services LLC, a joint venture between EADS and Northrop Grumman, two of the world’s leading aerospace and defense companies, welcomed the visit of Ralph Crosby, Chairman and CEO of EADS North America, to its facilities in Lake Charles, Louisiana today.
At a press conference on Thursday, Ralph Crosby, Chairman and CEO of EADS North America, discussed the future of EADS Aeroframe Services within the newly formed EADS North America holding company. Mr. Crosby said, “Like the community of Lake Charles, EADS North America understands the importance of investment as a key to future growth and prosperity. The recent creation of our new holding company, EADS North America, will help our leading operating units such as EADS Aeroframe Services to continue to grow and invest in Lake Charles and other communities in the U.S. We will continue offering the highest quality services to our current and future customers, in conjunction with our partner Northrop Grumman.”
Eric Schulz, President and CEO of EADS Aeroframe Services LLC, said, “We are proud to be part of EADS North America, a leading aerospace and defense provider in the United States.
