Arlington, Virginia, June 08, 2006

EADS North America today announced the acquisition of Dynamic Process Solutions, Inc. (DPSI), a company that specializes in commercial-off-the-shelf consulting and management support services for military and commercial customers, including the United States Air Force. DPSI will join EADS North America Defense Security and Systems Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of EADS North America Defense. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

"DPSI provides a perfect fit with the growing business portfolio of EADS North America Defense Security and Systems Solutions," said Ralph D. Crosby, Jr., Chairman and CEO of EADS North America. "The DPSI team has significant experience in applying commercially-oriented solutions to mission essential government and military information technology and network needs. Combining the strengths of EADS North America Security and Systems Solutions and DPSI will significantly strengthen our product and service offerings, particularly to our key military customers for information assurance (IA) support."

Since then, the company's activities have expanded to include software and database development, systems integration, electronic messaging, web technologies and enterprise management. In addition to its O'Fallon headquarters, DPSI has offices at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois; Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada; McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey; Travis Air Force Base, California and Randolph Air Force Base in Texas.
